Beefy Nacho Cheese Wrap


A large tortilla filled with queso, taco meat, tostada crust, sour cream, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, coriander, and cheese. This cheesy taco/hybrid burrito contains a lot of flavors and crises! Since I had one of these crunches wraps in Taco Bell a few months ago, I couldn’t get enough. This hybrid of tostada/taco/burrito is one of the best examples of a great spin on Mexican food! This cover is named CrunchWrap Top for good reason and it certainly lives up to its name. Just imagine layers of queso, taco spiced beef, crispy tostada crust in the middle, refreshing lettuce, tomatoes, coriander, and lime sprinkles. These Crunch rolls are very delicious and deserve every calorie


1 pound mince

1 combination of taco seasoning

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup cuiso or nacho cheese

6 large flour tortilla size 10 or 12 inches

6 Tostada shells or corn tortillas see note

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups grated lettuce

1 cube tomatoes

1/4 cup coriander juice, chopped from 1 lemon

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese mix
