240ml vegetable oil.

250g plain flour, sieve.

30 g cocoa powder, sieve. 300 ml spiritual cream.

2 eggs plus yolk.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda.

300g caster sugar.

3/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

1 Red Food Coloring Tube Pro Gel.

A bunch of chocolate sprinkles.

For Ice

350 g cream cheese.

85g unsalted butter.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

300g sugar powder.

A pinch of salt.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
