Forget about fancy spices–this deliciously simple supper only requires four ingredients.
Preparation time: 5 minutes; cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings per recipe: 4
Ingredients
1/4 cup maple puree (NOT pancake syrup!) or even honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2-3 minced garlic cloves
12 oz. fresh or frozen salmon
Tips
I usually choose the more difficult recipes, assuming that the more ingredients and preparation steps there are, the better. Not after you try this recipe!
Directions
Shake the first three ingredients in a gallon-size ziploc bag before adding the salmon.
Allow to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator, turning every half hour.
Place the salmon and marinade in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
When the thickest part of the salmon flakes easily, it is done.
Enjoy! This recipe yields four 3 ounce servings.
