Soy sauce, 1/3 cup
half a cup olive oil
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
three tbsp dried basil
1 1/2 cups dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon minced dried garlic
- In a blender, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper.
If desired, add hot pepper sauce and garlic. Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until thoroughly combined.
- Pour marinade over desired meat type.
Refrigerate for up to 8 hours, covered. Cook the meat to your liking.
